HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Sunday Morning Services:

Sunday mornings begin with prayer and fellowship. Most people arrive around 9:15 am. Children (3 years of age and under) are checked into the nursery and some folks gather around coffee.

The service starts at 9:30 am. It begins with songs, prayers, scripture readings, and an offering. After this, we hear a sermon from the scripture (expositional). These messages are designed to teach the scriptures and also make relevant applications to real-life situations. Our pastor’s goal is to help others see the practical relevance of theology. The children are included in the worship service and we encourage families to sit together.

After the worship service, we enjoy one another’s company around coffee and snacks. We then go to our adult Sunday school at 11 am and children in 3rd grade and under are dismissed to our Kid’s Life program. Sunday school lasts about 45 minutes. It is discussion-oriented and covers a wide variety of topics from Bible, Theology, Church History, and Christian Living.

Mid-Week Small Group:

Our mid-week small groups are meant to be a relaxed and in-home experience. This is where doubts are welcomed, questions are applauded, and confession is good for the soul. Because of the fall, we all struggle with hiding from guilt, shame, and fear.

At our mid-week small group, we usually have a short teaching session. Our small groups are a safe place to allow others to speak the gospel and encourage one another to believe the gospel in all areas of life.
